Particularly to arrange for employment to physically handicapped persons, by providing them shelter, so that, such persons should not be depend on others in other words to help the helpless.
To provide the education in every field of education, for the benefit of the poor and needy, irrespective of their caste, sex, religion creed, color etc. To establish, manage, and maintain free of cost, Old Age Homes, Homes for Destitute, Hospitals, First Aid Units, and such other facilities for the needy.
To establish through the Government Departments, Old Age Homes, Orphanage, Schools for Disabled, Schools for Working Children, Handicapped etc
to do or cause to be done all such acts, or things, as shall be conducive to the welfare of the beneficiaries of the trust provided such things or acts will not contrary to the interest of the trust, nor to the principles of law under which the trust has been established.

To establish promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist financially support and/or aid and helping the setting-up of a well established, advanced, fully developed, and a very modern Schools, Colleges, Hostels, Libraries, Laboratories etc., and also construct Hostels for the purpose of accommodating the educating children and youths, machines and equipments for complete and thorough research of the Medical Sciences, and maintaining and running of Technical Unit, Medical Unit or Institution or a Shelter for guidance, or lectures, or works for the said purpose.

To establish Old Age Homes, Orphanage, Schools for Disabled, Schools for Working Children, Handicapped etc. Providing Self employment to the Women, making them to be self-dependant, and giving sources of employment to them.
In GENERAL to do or cause to be done all such acts, or things, as shall be conducive to the welfare of the beneficiaries of the trust provided such things or acts will not contrary to the interest of the trust, nor to the principles of law under which the trust has been established.

Whether the gifts or donations by a person living or legacy, bequest will or foundation and bequest subject any special trust or Boards, or Wakf in connected with thereto for the securing of such donations, contributions, gifts, funds from time to time be due necessary and expedient. So also the Trust may accept the donations, gifts, etc. from foreign country, or from Non-Indian residents, subject to the conditions imposed by the Government of India from time to time.
to alienate by way of sale, mortgage, lease, release, loan, charges hypothecate, pledge, exchange hire gift or otherwise, with or without security the properties, and funds of the trust or any portion thereof including contributions assistance, subscriptions to schools, colleges, organizations, bodies or persons from time to time seen necessary or expedient.
Invest, deposit in Bank or otherwise deal with money or funds of the Trust for the purpose of purchase, acquire holding of lands, buildings, etc. in accordance with the conformity of the provisions contained in the section 20 of the Indian Trust Act, and also in accordance with the modes provided under the Income Tax Act.
The Trust created by the author of the Trust is not and shall not be revocable at the instance of the trustees of the Trust at any time or under any circumstances.
